Fashion Forward Consulting is a Boutique Luxury Recruiting firm based in the New York area having strong relationships with clients in designer and luxury jewelry, accessories, table-top and home décor, consumer product, and brand management. We look forward to helping our candidates achieve their career goals in Retail, Wholesale, Operations, Manufacturing, Digital/eCommerce, IT, Finance, Hospitality. Our clients can benefit from our exceptional luxury talent pool and thorough pre-screening interactions. This last intense year offered us an opportunity, like many, to re-prioritize where we stand and what the future might look like. We are transitioning in name from Fashion Forward Consulting to Forward Recruiting. Our new name better represents the more diverse industries that have benefited from our exceptional talent bank and our ability to communicate culture accurately for success. In addition, Kristin becomes a full partner in Forward Recruiting as her impressive experience and personal network brings creative and unique searches for us to present to our candidates and fill them successfully.
We constantly update information in our proprietary candidate database, review trade news, utilize social media, and network with key sources in retail, wholesale and corporate. Referrals play a large part in sourcing candidates from current satisfied candidates and clients.

Lynn Anne Yori
With over 20 years’ experience in the fashion industry helping luxury firms grow their business, Lynn Anne Yori founded Boutique recruiting and consulting firm Fashion Forward Consulting (FFC) in 2005. After graduating with a Marketing Degree from Boston College, Lynn Anne worked in the Food Industry in the Middle East and upon returning to the USA for Procter & Gamble, Grocery Division. At that point, Lynn Anne followed the advice she gave to candidates to “Follow Your Passion” resulting in her leaving the career track in consumer products to supporting some of the most iconic brands in the luxury fashion and accessory industry in Executive retail and wholesale roles. Her success at staffing, training and retention was a natural segue to Recruiting in an industry Lynn Anne is both passionate and knowledgeable about. Because of our exceptional reputation and standards of excellence, we are fortunate to work mostly by referral on both the client and the candidate side
Lynn Anne believes in engaging with the community where you live and work. She volunteered on the Sponsorship committee for Sportsfest for 5 years, is a member of the Allentown Art Museum and the Metropolitan Museum. Lynn Anne volunteered at the Literacy Center as an ESL teacher. She is an avid cyclist and supporter of Rails to Trails and hopes to explore happy trails all over the USA, perhaps with her sweet dog Libby riding in her travel buggy.

Kristin Carroll
Kristin’s path began in arts & non-profit after graduating with a BFA in Photography and Art History. She spent her early career days at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, the Annenberg Foundation, the PA Academy of Fine Arts and the Philadelphia Orchestra. From there she was lucky enough to find her way into the luxury jewelry world. The next 12 years were spent at Tiffany & Co. and David Yurman. In her time at David Yurman she thrived, moving from Sales Professional to Director of Visual Merchandising. These roles had her traveling to national and international locations. Apart from her love of the arts, jewelry & all things style, she is an ultra-runner and hiker, and finds time throughout year to escape in nature; feeding her passion for exploring wild places.
